Bobby, his wife and staff were amazing! Thank you for caring for my Mom! Wishing you all the success! From the time my Mom moved in we recieved constant updates and pics of her. They always have celebrations and daily activities! The food always smelled so good i wanted to stay and eat! I know my Mom was not easy to deal with, and Joy never complained. Just showed patience and care. My sister and I are forever grateful! 🥰

My father has been a resident for almost 2 years. He has not been the easiest to get along with but bobby and his staff made a valent effort to keep him happy and engaged while he stayed there. Bobby was always in constant communication with me about needs of my father We are moving him to a different location that is closer to home for me but if your in the brentwood area please consider this place for your loved ones

This place is like a throw away zone for elderly and disabled. I felt so bad whenever I would go to visit my mom. Im grateful that she is coherent and able to verbalize. There are others there that are not able to talk about what’s happening. Stay away or get your loved ones out of this facility. The owner is only doing this for money. There are multiple violations reported against this facility at the state level. My mother was at the facility for less than three months and had to be moved because she was getting assaulted by the caregivers. The owner does not care so any advice given to him is not taken seriously. There are about 15 plus elderly with major issues at the facility, just one caregiver at night. Bobby and his staff cared for my mother with dementia well, during her time at Joy. Everyone worked with me to learn about my mom and how to best care for her, and they were very patient with her as she acclimated to her new home. The staff danced with her, fed her very well, and otherwise were attentive to her needs. While she was there, Joy became my my mother's home, and the staff and other residents were her friends.
