Never answer phone calls. Lengthy time to receive a response or make an appointment. Unfriendly atmosphere. Lori is quite arrogant at times and doesn't want to be entertained to a client's request, share ideas or is concerned at all to listen. I would not recommend a visit to her.
Lori was amazing with my kids, and their hair looks great!
I had a really disappointing experience at Joy Hair Salon. My stylist, Lori, did not listen to what I asked for, and the end result was nothing like what I was expecting. What made it worse was how I was treated afterward. When I called to express my concerns and ask for a resolution, I was met with complete rudeness and was even hung up on!!
