Lori was amazing with my kids, and their hair looks great!
I had a really disappointing experience at Joy Hair Salon. My stylist, Lori, did not listen to what I asked for, and the end result was nothing like what I was expecting. What made it worse was how I was treated afterward. When I called to express my concerns and ask for a resolution, I was met with complete rudeness and was even hung up on!! Skye was one of the best hairstylist I have had in a long time. I went in for my appointment for 11:15 but I was fifteen minutes earlier than expected. Skye took me in right away. She asked me how I wanted my haircut she started cutting right away. After she was done she started tussling with my hair and then trimmed my hair a little bit more.
