Joy is nice but she simply didn’t do what I asked for and she refused to give me a refund. I had asked for a balayage and she did highlights without my consent. I was well aware my hair might be damaged and I might have been okay with the highlight if she had told me that’s what she was doing WITH MY CONSENT. Alternatively,I would have liked to have to choice of not going through with the service if she did not feel comfortable doing it. I also do not appreciate details about my personal life shared for everyone to see espec... read more

Amazing work!!! Joy did such an amazing job fixing my roots and treating my hair!! Plus she does it at an amazing cost. Highly recommend her!!
