I came for a wash and dry for my dreads. The wash was roughly 3-5 minutes , only 1 liquid was used on my hair (probably only Shampoo because I could smell the scent) then proceeded to have my hair burned by a blow dryer for 45 mins. because there not one professional hair drying machine inside her room/side of warehouse she works out of. After trying to tell me she was done 3 different times (and me realizing my scalp was still wet) and having to tell her to continue drying it.
