Go with Joy pools if you want your build to be quick but the punch out list to take months and fight with them about every little detail. Build process was smooth for the most part, although communication wasn't always the best unless you're speaking with Reed directly. Punch out has been miserable and for this alone, I would not use Joy pools again. My fiance and I decided to build a pool, and after talking with Todd about everything we wanted, we sat down with Todd and Reed and they showed us the perfect pool for our backyard.
