Joy Pools has built 2 of our pools, and we have been very happy with the building process, customer service, and maintenance. Their entire team is an absolute delight to deal with. My fiance and I decided to build a pool, and after talking with Todd about everything we wanted, we sat down with Todd and Reed and they showed us the perfect pool for our backyard. Everyone we worked with was exemplary. They answered every question we ever had about the plans, the dig, the build, and the finished product. We looked at 3 pool companies and picked Joy. They were not the lowest price and not the highest, but they were AMAZING to work with. Their pool designer Todd took our ideas and created and fabulous concept. Their builders then executed it flawlessly. Great communication and they always made sure they did what was right - not necessarily what was cheap for them. If you are looking to add a pool - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Reed, Terry, Diane, and Greg made us feel like we were their only customer.
Todd designed our patio for us and brought our vision to life. We are so in love with it. The crew came and did an amazing job building and keeping everything cleaned up as they did their work each day. Very impressed with the process and the work they did.
Joy finished our pool a couple of weeks ago. Throughout the process they were very responsive to my questions and willing to explain the how and why of what they were doing. The end product looks great and they have been responsive to my follow up questions.
