We interviewed 6 different pool companies before deciding to go with Joy Pools. We were blown away by Todd’s design. It was far better than any of the others and we couldn’t beat their pricing. Todd was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, even during the construction phase of the pool, he checked in on how we felt about the process. Go with Joy pools if you want your build to be quick but the punch out list to take months and fight with them about every little detail. Build process was smooth for the most part, although communication wasn't always the best unless you're speaking with Reed directly. Punch out has been miserable and for this alone, I would not use Joy pools again.
