Dr. Wahl, Dr. Crews, Ms. Martha, and the staff are polite, flexible with scheduling, and well-equipped to address any concerns. Two years after treatment, I lost my spare retainer. The scheduler patiently reviewed both location options to minimize wait time. My second retainers started to a ware and tear due to grinding.
