Joy of hearing took on my hearing needs when another provider was no longer qualified to manage my hearing devices. Anju is a great audiologist and wonderful person, very qualified and paitent in getting complex hearning needs done. Joy of hearing fornt desk staff are very nice and the practice runs very efficently, thhe new premisis is very nice indeed. Highly recommend Joy of hearing

It took a long time just to get an appointment. It looked like no one knew what they were doing (in professional production) I went to get my hearing checked out for a constant ringing (buzz buzz noise) in my right ear and I got told I have to put up with it Staff did not follow up or refer me to any services or show any sympathy.
