It took a long time just to get an appointment. It looked like no one knew what they were doing (in professional production) I went to get my hearing checked out for a constant ringing (buzz buzz noise) in my right ear and I got told I have to put up with it Staff did not follow up or refer me to any services or show any sympathy.
Anju and Kira were both so friendly and helpful with my daughters hearing test.
After two months of dealing with ear inflammation and stubborn ear wax, I finally visited Joy of Hearing clinic—and I’m so glad I did. They cleaned out my ears with care and precision, and for the first time in almost 2 months, I can hear clearly again. Huge thanks to Anju and mad respect to the team for their excellent service! Highly recommended!
