Horrible Customer Service-the manager is very rude. I decided to visit the salon because my regular salon was busy. The manager actually held a towel in my face with nail polish/powder on it and asked me if I see the towel and why did I do that to the towel (I assume this is the towel which she provided to me while removing my SNS color).
