Couples massages are fine, but they take you into separate rooms so it's really not a couples massage. The place has been good for my back and less expensive than many alternatives so that has been nice. I was Airborne and my shoulders and back need a lot of attention. I should probably see if the VA will cover me with a more professional place as I just noticed going through my accounts that this one has overcharged my tips.

They asked for payment upfront and double charged, still waiting on second charge to be reversed? Lady was on her phone and using one hand, table was very uncomfortable and place smelled and was a mess, wish I could get them to fix these things cause when she tried it was good but not sure why they are not reading the reviews and making proper corrections?

Just no. Why do they have you pay first? I don't know. The massage table was terribly uncomfortable for the face section. Again as others have mentioned and I saw after the fact, the gal took calls from what I presume or coworkers during, and seemed like she was using one hand so she could text at times. Totally had no technique whatsoever. Just kept going over the same area.

I've been to many 'spa' massage therapists of which I paid much more for the aromatherapy wafting through the quiet, darkened treatment room with the heated blankets and massage table only to repeated ask the therapist to use firm pressure to work out the muscle knots causing spasm, aches and pains. Until starting to use Linda about 8-10 years ago, my requests repeatedly led to soft touch with me leaving feeling better though shoulder, nevk and upper back muscles continued to be in knots.
