One of the best Doctors, I've have 35+ years at Kaiser as a patient. She is very thorough and always listens. She is a Blessing.
I had a phone appointment with Dr. Phan. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She provided me with treatment options, explained the issue, and allowed me to express my thoughts or concerns.
As someone who rarely writes reviews I decided to make an exception because I care about my health and how I am treated by my healthcare provider. Dr. Joy Phan is by far the unfriendliest doctor! I have never met someone who lacks bedside manner and is truly APATHETIC towards her patients.
