Just want to find out why this company is a big ripoff. My grandson was playing basketball and someone took his key. So he tried to get several people to come out. They came out and yes it was late but being an 18 yo who does not know any better. They used the excuse that since it was a nw- newer car that they have to make 2 keys. I could understand making 2 keys but what i can't grasp is why they would charge him the same for each key. It ended up costing 680.00 which i think is gouging. NO STARS! Locksmith refused to help a neighbor who, along with her young son was locked out of her house, without payment beforehand which she couldn’t provide because she was locked out of her house! Neighbors offered to pay but he hung up on them and would not answer return calls. This was after she’d waited, in the dark, for thirty minutes after he’d said he would be there in 1 hour. Strongly DO NOT recommend. Call anyone else for help.
