1 star is even to much. This lasy will claim she is doing & done all she can for you in a family custody case, complain you don't pay enough & then turn around to drop you as a client 1 week prior to court dates? After finding new counsel, we have learned Joy never even filed nor did half of the things she emailed stating she would do & infact the money i did pay her was an outrageous amount for just a first time file fee since she did nothing else. Absolutely terrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had Joy for over a year as legal aid help and nothing has been accomplished and I am never updated and to this day still have no idea if my case was ever even started or filed. Terrible service and communication
