I had given up on customer service until I visited joy joy beauty supply in Penn Hills. I went in to look for a wig, but ended up not purchasing one because I was looking for a specific color. Long story short, I thought I had left my prescription sunglasses in there store so returned the next day. I feel like this store doesn’t get enough recognition as it should. The prices are good and they have such a variety of hair and accessories! On top of that the staff are so sweet and so helpful. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I love coming here the staff is really nice and very helpful. They'll take the time out to help you, and they'll make sure that you use the right products for your hair. They don't sell you just anything.
