Loved my experience here. The perfect length class so it makes you want to come back for more. The workout is challenging but achievable so you leave feeling proud of yourself. The management is so genuinely kind and welcoming. The environment is super cozy and the workout room is vibey, everything is clean and organised. Couldn't recommend more. Since joining JIM the old injuries I used to get playing sport have all gone. Great to just zone out of the day to day and get a solid workout in the heat without the stress of a standard gym. Fits into life perfectly
Turns out Joy in Movement is just a fancy way of saying, “Prepare to sweat.” Worth every drop! As Daniel Ricciardo would say: “It’s real sweat. I’m a high-performance athlete. Athletes sweat. Sweat baby. Ki-ki-ki-rah! Sweat, sweat.” Best JIM ever
When I joined J.I.M Glenhaven almost two years ago… my experience has been an all rounder amazing experience. Me personally I have struggled being consistent as life just got in the way. I always bounce back purely because I am loyal to Dom (owner). Her kindness together with her husband goes without saying how amazing they both are. The benefits entering the J.I.M room is a half an hour wellbeing, recovery with strength workout. Well balanced overall fitness that I recommend to anyone.
Used to get bored with going to standard gyms & lifting weights- I've absolutely loved JIM, and after 2 years I still look forward to each class!
