Dr. Joy has always being a good communicator. She took her time to listen to my concerns and patiently answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable. Thank you.
Nice clean facility. The staff is always nice and friendly with a warm genuine greeting. DR. joy is my primary internal medicine doctor and she is always a joy to talk to about my health. She explains everything where I can understand things and is a active listener when I have questions or concerns. I like the fact that even with her busy schedule she checks in with follow up to see how I'm doing.
This is the second visit that I have not been happy with Dr. O. I went for a followup from being released from Holy Cross (HC) My questions were not answered with out being on defense. I will not be returning. I need a new PCP Dr. My husband recorded our conversation because he couldn't believe her attitude. I have been with KP for over 32 years.
