My experience with Joy Gentile was excellent in every respect. She was very knowledgeable about the property I bought and made every attempt to fix any impediment to the sale. I have bought and sold quite a few homes in my life and Joy was certainly the most dedicated and helpful realtor I have ever encountered. She not only helped find our home on Hilton Head Island for us but greatly assisted when it came time to move in. Coming from out of state, we did not have anything in our new home until movers were arriving the following day. Joy brought over air mattresses, chairs and other amenities to help us out. Joy was awesome! She really helped us so much during our home build in Latitude by Margaritaville. We were in Minnesota and could not keep an eye on our build, Joy went out and video taped the progress and sent it to us so we could see what was going on.
