We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Narapat Jain and the entire team at East Madison Dental for our 10-week-old daughter’s tongue-tie procedure. Dr. Jain is absolutely top notch! I'd scheduled an office visit because a filling fell out. He told me my options, showing me that the tooth now had a crack. My preference was for a crown rather than reinserting the filling. Dr. Jain made time to do the crown that very day, squeezing me in in order to save me another round-trip to his office (3 1/2 hours travel time, as I come all the way from Westchester to see him.) The staff are sooo nice make you feel great just going there. Great place.
Years ago a dentist who no longer works at the tenafly office put in my crown completely wrong and I was just able to address it with a new dentist. I told him at the time that it wouldn't stop bleeding every time I flossed (only place that ever bled when I floss). I was told really nothing and it was never addressed and they didn't seem to care. The decay underneath was bad because my new dentist explained to me that it was never placed correctly. I had globs of blood and so much decay under that crown. But as I stated the ... read more
I’d recommend this practice. The doctors and staff are so welcoming and true to every word of their mission statement. Gentle, expert care. I’m delighted I introduced myself in Tenafly. Dr Anna and her team, especially Jane were so kind and they made me very comfortable during my restoration today. Thanks also for a fantastic cleaning by Hillary.
