This will be a very straight to the point review. Joy Evans (owner) is one of a kind. She is truly hands on and dedicated to her craft. She's so knowledgeable in her field and she's willing to teach the whole process. Joy pretty much held our hands through this process. We looked at a lot of properties. Joy was present every time and guided us through some good and bad properties. Joy your name says it all . You have truly been a Joy to work with. You have a client friend from now on.
