Staff was nice but I was disappointed with the service. I made an appointment for a cleaning which I told them over the phone and then reverified with the dentist. After looking at my teeth (very regular tooth health- brush twice a day, floss once at night, rarely eat sugar, have gotten my twice yearly cleanings) I was told I would need a deep cleaning which would be $250.00+ out of pocket and would require being numbed for 2-3 hours. I went into the dental clinic with fear of a tooth extraction. I anticipated the worst pain ever but Dr Nguyen and his assistant made it totally pain free and the most comfortable visit ever!

I came in as a new walk in patient and I was in severe pain, but the doctor and staff took great care of me in a timely manner. A couple of days later I'm here for my procedure, the staff is just as professional and nice as the first visit. I will be making Dovy Dental my new dentist!

Front desk was very unprofessional, starting off with the miscommunication after being scheduled to come in for a root canal and not even having the pre-authorization from the insurance company. I should not be the one calling the insurance company to check status so that I can get work done.
