unprofessional and negative first experience. representative “Asia” was very rude when trying schedule an appointment, so i asked to speak to a manger and she claimed she was the manager, asked to speak to a higher up and she hung up.
Couldn’t help me when I had a emergency because said they miss a appointment that I never knew about to get my teeth cleaned,, (never heard nothing like that before from a place that supposed to be professional) plus they supposed help with other things they never did it or try to even reach out to me to set it up …. Joy dental is very unprofessional & don’t care if you have emergency
Le dejan cita a uno y ala ora llegada no están llega al local y está cerrado aparte de que no atienden luego son irresponsable con las citas si no van a tener el tiempo no den cita o por lo menos llamen para avisar que no atenderán grasias
Wonderful staff. They did a great job for me and my fiancé today. Communication is awesome, they accept many and most insurance and did a great job cleaning.
