terrible bed side manner!!! I have been in and out of the hospital for 30 years because of ongoing health problems. I was admitted to St. Vincent carmel. Joy Rugenstein was the rounding NP. The entire time I was there she was belittling me, didn’t believe I had pain. Completely disgusting behavior slandered my name (laugh when I would tell her I’m in pain). I came with my niece because she had just loss her mom which is hard enough. When you are not feeling well and is told by a physician that she needs to go to the hospital, you can only hope the nursing staff will be loving and kind. Well this was not happened to my niece. She was told many things that were unnaceptable. I can go on and on, but I hope this person will get terminated. She should not be able to see anymore patients.
