Wonderful service and job on cleaning and preserving my wedding gown from 2 years ago! I couldn’t ask for a better experience and am so happy with how great it looks. The staff is also so friendly and nice, great family business ❤️

I love the Joy Cleaner's. My clothes are always professionally cleaned and pressed. The customer service is second to no-one, "no business that I patronize". So friendly! Wauwatosa this Cleaner's is It!!👍🌞

Yes, I do feel joyful about my patronage here! To save plastic, I ask for no wrapping on my clothes and am always treated to softly-folded results right before me on the counter. - Thank you very much! It’s always really fun connecting with Andrew, and I recently shared some family photos with the owner through my phone. As you can tell, it’s just a joy to receive their community care and friendship! - Very thankful, and have a great one!

I brought in a gown and jumpsuit, both with simple hems. Both were alterations I could have done at home, but I don't own a sewing machine so I came to Joy. I was told that my dress was not able to be altered because it has beading. Most fabrics require using a surge stitch to finish edges before adding the hem, this was no different. A simple surge stitch on the raw hem would prevent the fabric from running and then it was just a single fold hem. I was told nobody would be able to alter this dress. Can't speak highly enough of this small business. I wore my mother-in-laws vintage wedding gown for my wedding in February. I brought it in for professional cleaning and preservation, and was worried because I had no care tags so we really didn't know what it might be made of. They took such care of it, and now it will be safe for generations to come. We took my husbands tuxedo here also, and they returned it as immaculate as the day we we bought it. Thank you Joy Cleaners.
