Tried to drop off my suit and shirts. They told me they are closing next week .

The people are friendly and do a great job with service. I’ve been using them for the past 3 years and they are the best.
The owner barely speaks clear English. He made me feel like he had an attitude our problem with me from the time I walked into the store. Very obtrusive man. Not professional and his demeanor was offensive. I felt outve place for being white, yet I be been stationed in Japan, been to multiple Asian curled and never treated this poorly, nor would it be expected in USA. Worst place every for quality customer service, greeting, and not easy to deal with. Horrific first time experience, and LAST ever!!! Stay away..
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dry cleaner. They are fast and efficient. The people here are always very nice, and work is done well (both cleaning and repairs). I moved farther away, but I continue to drive out of my way to use Joy Cleaners.
