very rude horrible customer service and they can’t do hair have you sitting for hours for nothing
I just wanted to come and write a positive review because all I see is negative…I’ve been coming to Joys since last year, me and my daughter…..I have yet to have a bad experience and we have always left out happy and looking good….I have recommended this place to all of my friends…planning on going back soon
This lady overlyyy played in my hair cut it mad short I asked and payed for waist length I showed my own hair I got done there as inspo look what she did all I wanted was a color change she was talking about me in creole the whole time and i understood her once I finally said something it about her and the other stylist stopped talking about me and I got in there at 11 am I didn’t leave till 9 pm the whole place was dirty and it stunk I had two lady’s both walk away from me for 40+mins she made it curly at a awkward length I... read more
This place absolutely stinks — and so do the workers’ attitudes. The shop was dirty, and the service took forever. I came in at 11 AM and wasn’t even seated until around 12, which I tried to be understanding about since it was Friday during back-to-school season. But the real problem was how the workers were talking about me in another language, not realizing I understood them. Once I was finally in the chair, things only got worse. Loved It. It Was A Promo. Any Size Any Length For $180. I First Found Them On Instagram. I Loved So Many Of Their Braids I Just Had To Go. And They Provide The Hair And Show You Your Options. I Was Amazed On How Many Braiders There Were. I Took My 2 Daughters To Get Twists And Knotless. I Sat Observing Each Stylist And Just Embraced The Surroundings.
