Joy chicatelli is absolutely the most incompetent lawyer I have ever met. She is a blow hard lacking basic common sense and more importantly a single shred of legal knowledge. I highly recommend against even contacting this women. She ignored every single detail of my case after waiting in her office for close to 2 hours.
