Dr. Carter and her team are great. I was a bit confused trying to find the main entrance to reach the second floor but I found it. The office is very nice and peaceful. The front desk is managed by friendly and kind ladies that were quick to assist me and check me in. I was received by Dr. Carter's Medical assistant, friendly, knowledgeable and calming, which I appreciated since I was a new patient and I didn't know what to expect.
