I recently had an experience with Dr. Crandall in the ER and wanted to share my thoughts. The nursing staff was absolutely excellent—compassionate, attentive, and highly professional. They made the experience much smoother and provided great care. Dr. Crandall was knowledgeable and efficient in handling my case.
HORRIBLE doctor whose bedside manner is something of a Dr Frankenstein. Listens to nothing. Believes nothing you say. Assumes everyone is lying who dares to mention for 4 letter word "p-a-i-n". She is working at St Antony satellite ER in Mustang as of August 2023 and is truly awful. I left there feeling humiliated, and still terribly sick from a horrid Ozempic reaction. She did NOTHING.

I would NOT recommend her as a doctor!!! She barely talks to you. She just brushes you off to her nurse and is not the nicest DR!! If your in need of a Doctor that has excellent patient care she is not it
