Absolutely stunning beach property! This place is truly a little slice of paradise in New Smyrna Beach. The bright, beautiful white beach villas are gorgeous, and the enormous main house gives the property an incredible feeling of space while still feeling warm and inviting. There are multiple pools, plenty of room to relax, and the outdoor setup is amazing. We had a great 2 night stay. Close to the beach, clean and comfy bed. Host was great as well.
If I could do less than one star, I would. My fiancé and I have been trying to book this venue for a wedding with Ryan (the host) and have had no luck. He keeps telling us (when he answers the phone) that he’ll give us a quote the next day, but no quote. Excuse after excuse. They need better communication and response times. Ridiculous to say the least!!!! We were prepared to book immediately. This is not a good look for the owners of this beautiful home and villas.
