We highly recommend the Joy By The Sea Beach House! It is stunning, extremely clean, and the location is fantastic! Beautiful home, pool, hot tub, and is on the beach! We were very impressed! Ryan Petersen, the property manager, was wonderful to work with! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We look forward to spending another family vacation at this property!
I cannot recommend this place more! If you are considering staying here, this is your review to book it. Each bungalow is thoughtfully decorated and extremely well maintained. You are steps away from both the beach and a pool. Hassle free parking as each bungalow has a designated spot right out front. Located in the heart of new Smyrna beach but also has a private beach feel. Also, it is dog friendly so my fur baby was able to enjoy it with us! Will definitely be returning for another stay!

The property was beautiful and the rooms immaculate. Their cleaner Cristina did an amazing job cleaning the place and refreshing all items needed throughout my stay. No lobby this facility so it was nice to encounter a representative so positive and happy on the property. I was there for a wedding this past weekend and I can attest that everyone I spoke with loved their room and especially the ocean views from the main house that the wedding party rented.
