I can't say enough great things about this place! Big shout out to Ryan and Kristina for making our short stay amazing! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The accommodations were spot on and had everything you would need from kitchen utensils to extra towels and a comfy warm robe. It's a must stay if you are in New Smyrna Beach!
We highly recommend the Joy By The Sea Beach House! It is stunning, extremely clean, and the location is fantastic! Beautiful home, pool, hot tub, and is on the beach! We were very impressed! Ryan Petersen, the property manager, was wonderful to work with! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We look forward to spending another family vacation at this property!
I cannot recommend this place more! If you are considering staying here, this is your review to book it. Each bungalow is thoughtfully decorated and extremely well maintained. You are steps away from both the beach and a pool. Hassle free parking as each bungalow has a designated spot right out front. Located in the heart of new Smyrna beach but also has a private beach feel. Also, it is dog friendly so my fur baby was able to enjoy it with us! Will definitely be returning for another stay!
