If I could do less than one star, I would. My fiancé and I have been trying to book this venue for a wedding with Ryan (the host) and have had no luck. He keeps telling us (when he answers the phone) that he’ll give us a quote the next day, but no quote. Excuse after excuse. They need better communication and response times. Ridiculous to say the least!!!! We were prepared to book immediately. This is not a good look for the owners of this beautiful home and villas. I can't say enough great things about this place! Big shout out to Ryan and Kristina for making our short stay amazing! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The accommodations were spot on and had everything you would need from kitchen utensils to extra towels and a comfy warm robe. It's a must stay if you are in New Smyrna Beach!
We highly recommend the Joy By The Sea Beach House! It is stunning, extremely clean, and the location is fantastic! Beautiful home, pool, hot tub, and is on the beach! We were very impressed! Ryan Petersen, the property manager, was wonderful to work with! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We look forward to spending another family vacation at this property!
