I will preface this review by saying I had wonderful experiences with Kaitlyn at the store, and as a bridal consultant she was wonderful. The issues arose after ordering my dress. My dress was scheduled to arrive 5-6 months after ordering. This would have placed the dress arrival in December. I reached out at the end of December about the dress, and was told it would be there the next week. I had the most amazing experience shopping for wedding dresses at Joy Bridal Boutique. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was feeling nervous and unsure what to expect. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner Rachel and I had Sydney and Carly assist with trying on dresses. My experience was exceptional in every way. Everyone was so kind and patient. Joy bridal was my favourite spot on my dress hunt as a bride. Rachel was so accommodating, helpful, genuine and saw the vision right away. She did such an amazing job working with me and my interests, and even pulled a wildcard dress I would never picture myself in but it looked so good! If you’re looking for a place with a beautiful and unique selection of dresses, I highly recommend Rachel and her team at Joy Bridal! ❤️
