They're at it again. I tried to re-patronize this place (as I used to in the distant past) but no more. The staff does not reflect the majority customer base (I'm sure you can catch my drift) and they are RUDE. Attitude out of this world. Unacceptable workers! I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and the employee responded to me in a very unprofessional manner. She then went back and forth with me stating “I’m tripping about parking”. I’m sure that the owner of this establishment would be appalled at how these women are representing their business. The new staff needs to be replaced and need training on a positive customer service experience!!!!
I am beyond frustrated after my experience at Joy Beauty Supply today. While shopping, I was shadowed by an employee who left the counter specifically to watch me walk through the aisles. The profiling was obvious and made me feel incredibly uneasy. The disrespect peaked at the register. When I paid with a $50 bill, the cashier took it with two fingers as if it were something foul.
