I can’t say enough good things about Joy. She runs her own salon and you can feel the difference the second you walk in — it’s personal, relaxed, and real. Joy is easy to talk to and she is the only person in culpeper that can get tape ins to stay in my hair. Her prices are also very fair for this area.
