During an extremely bad timing the air conditioning went out on the vehicle that we were using to go to a military funeral that morning and a family funeral that afternoon. My sister-in-law somehow found joy automotive and they were extremely helpful in getting us back on the road to complete the mission that we had for the day. Our AC belt broke on the way to a funeral, I called the local Meineke because they were the ones who installed the AC unit and got a quote of $240 just to replace a $30 belt, I spotted Joys less than a mile from the cemetery, pulled in and explained my situation to Bill. Left the truck and went to the funeral. When I returned Bill not only replaced the belt but replaced the tensioner, inspected the tires and all the lights at a cost of $140 parts labor tax and all. Taking my vehicle to joy was the only good thing to come out of my horrid CST trip to Fort Knox, KY. These guys are absolute professionals. They do great work at a great value. I would highly recommend them a thousand times over.
