Couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and I was able to set a fast appointment and get it looked at and they were able to fix it with a fast turn around!!! Definitely will be going back if anything else were to happen!!
This place is great! Their work is always phenomenal, and their prices are very reasonable!
Had to have automatic window fixed went down and would not go back up. Had to have back window fixed that got broke out. As well as after the snow and ice combo storm have a used bumper reinstalled on my vehicle. Took some time to get the parts due to delay shipping, though the shop kept in touch and kept me updated. I, recently, recieved a price quote from one of their competitors since I had bought my tires from them and new it came with free front-end alignments for life. Well, they wanted to perform work that they referred to as best practice, but, you could tell by the way it was presented, that it wasn't necessary work to get me back on the road. Great service!! Was told by another mechanic i needed certain work done, but when Joy Automotive looked, there was nothing wrong with my truck. Just needed some new tires, saving me money. They applied the new tires and my truck is running smooth again!!!
