I feel as tho' there's something wrong with her. She has a Jekyll and Hyde personality and I never know who will greet me. I've switched to another Endocrinologist in the area.
Been seeing Dr. Joy for over 6 years. I find her extremely competent and a warm person to be around. Being treated for multiple endo. related issues. I do not have issues with the staff either.
Dr Joy seems fine but her staff is not responsive and her office is terrible about following up with tasks they know they have to do. There are very long delays on getting them to do what is needed
