Horrible experience, I went with my spouse to his appointment. She was very rude and disrespectful, she wouldn't listen to anything we had to say, she was continuously talking over us. She very much has a " I'm greater than you" attitude. It's sad when you pay for insurance, pay the co-pay just to be yelled at. My spouse has Asperger's and wasn't understanding what she was trying to say because honestly her referrals weren't making sense, and we needed more patient education. Made an appointment to see her and secretary kept trying to push me to make her my primary, I then told her several times I was only seeking a second opinion. Went to office visit Noone was in lobby, went back to room for vitals, then the nurse said she will be my primary again I said no she is not I keep telling your staff I'm here for a second opinion I don't even know if I'm comfortable with her yet.
