Absolutely love her, can’t say good enough things about her. She’s beyond thorough & kind! She listens to every concern and addresses them and explains everything to make sure you understand the plan.
Horrible experience, I went with my spouse to his appointment. She was very rude and disrespectful, she wouldn't listen to anything we had to say, she was continuously talking over us. She very much has a " I'm greater than you" attitude. It's sad when you pay for insurance, pay the co-pay just to be yelled at. My spouse has Asperger's and wasn't understanding what she was trying to say because honestly her referrals weren't making sense, and we needed more patient education.
