NO STARS IF I COULD I felt unwelcome! We were looked up and down the three of us. I am mixed light skin, my son to, anhis gf is Mexican. I had made an appointment over the phone and talked over what was wanted. I got there to be told to come back in 2 1/2 hours after waiting in there for about 15 minutes, then I went to my car to wait 10 more minutes before my son called me and told me you said come back in 2 1/hours. We pay to much to not get what we want. That's why alot of the shops are closing down. You think you hurt me because you didn't do right by me lol YOU LOSE BUSINESS NOT ME.
I called the shop around 9 for their availability she allowed me to come in immediately. I got there at 930, they were extremely flexible with the colors I wanted. They initially asked me how I wanted my hair, they did one braid and allowed me to judge and make necessary adjustments withoht any hesitation and or compliant. I was done by 1230. Service was AMAZING !!!!
