The owner Aby Portillo is the best one... the best barbershop in Islip
Good atmosphere, excellent service, great prices. Juan Carlos is a master of his craft, absolutely amazing. He is clearly very skilled and knows how to make a great experience for the customer. I had maybe the best haircut and shave of my life. Juan Carlos goes the extra mile and has a keen eye for detail. He is careful and efficient. The shave experience in particular was very soothing (amazing use of towels and steam). I used to live in Manhattan and his skills could fit in among the best barbers in the city, easily.
Great experience. The attention to detail is on point. Definitely going back.
