I visited this urgent care with strep throat and was in significant pain, to the point that it was hard to keep my eyes open. Unfortunately, the interaction with the doctor was extremely rude; she seemed inconvenienced that I was there. At one point, she complained about having to disinfect the room after my visit, which was surprising given that infection control is a routine part of urgent care. Do not visit this urgent care. Every patient that walks through the doors should be helped and treated. A physicians personal beliefs and biases should be left at home and not brought to a health care facility. The Hippocratic Oath should always be upheld and every patient regardless of skin tone or ethnicity should be cared for. Physician DO Rose was not thorough and was condescending towards my family. Seeing other reviews it’s a reoccurring issue. I will file a complaint with the Department of Public Health.

Everyone is very nice, the facility is always clean, and they seem to be very thorough. I would say for an urgent care facility they are the best one that I have gone too. I highly recommend them.
