I told and PHYSICALLY SHOWED the stylist THAT I ONLY WANTED LESS THAN A HALF INCH TAKEN OFF, and SHE TOOK OVER THREE INCHES OFF!! And when I called to complain NO ONE ALL OF A SUDDEN DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
