Lovely place and amazing staff
Overpriced, they never answer the phone.No covered parking. there's no luxury about this place. There are undesired people living there, I wouldn't live there even for free. The charge for water, garbage and many other hidden fees. Online they showing the two bedroom $1,700 to $1,800, but when you get there they'll tell you it's $2,000. On their website showing 55+ adult community, but when you get there there is no age restrictions.

My husband and I moved into Jovie in October 2024. I LOVE living in this community. The facility is well maintained, they have fun activities, and a real sense of community. There are a variety of activities to engage different interests. The new management in the last several months have taken resident engagement to the next level. Lisa is loved by the residents.
