Very professional and nice.
I am an Ally Financial customer and I am able to use Jovia’s ATMs to access that account. I was withdrawing money at an ATM at this location when suddenly the machine froze and went into a restart cycle. This just so happened to occur right before my cash was dispensed. I immediately alerted the assistant manager who was in the branch and she essentially told me that nothing could be done, and that I needed to file a report with Ally in order to resolve the issue.
