I visited to have a document notarized that was written in a different language. They refused to notarize it, claiming they couldn’t because of the language. However, after researching, I found that notaries don’t need to understand the document’s content as long as the person signing it acknowledges it. While this might be a niche topic, it’s important for them to be more knowledgeable about their responsibilities and the rules surrounding notarization.
Their ATM deposit option is always down . I try to do it before work because I don’t get off til 5pm. I need to find another bank asap. There customer reps are not very knowledgeable .
I came to inquire about a personal loan, to which I was duped into thinking I needed to open an account in order to find out rates. Complete and utter waste of 1.5 hours - the agent could’ve easily spoken to me about their rates without wasting my time to meet her new account set up quota. BE WARE. Complete disregard for what the customer needs. If there was ever a chance I would use Jovia it has now gone away.

The people there are very friendly, but they are working really slow. When they tell you wait for another five minutes, that will be like one hour. They need to improve to work effectively.
