First I want to make it clear. This review is on the administrative handling of Journeys not the Counsler themselves. I do not know the others but Steve Larson is one of the best I’ve ever encountered and believe me with a husband with TBI being married 40 years . I’ve encountered quite a few now to my review. Journeys is not a place to go if you’re an old person that has to depend on Medicare or any of that kind of medical insurance not only do they not accept it but they can’t even put the time in to try to help you figure... read more
Had an appointment at 7pm for my son got there for them to tell me that is was cancelled due to provider being sick after I just called them and told them I was on my way didn’t even call to tell me because she said they were busy when I got there she was just sitting there doing nothing and no more openings for 3 months so unprofessional
