Regina was exactly the right fit for me. She helped me in so many ways. Helped me set Boundaries, and Realize my voice does matter. A life coach I so much needed. A positive voice in my Negative thoughts! I felt very safe in her presence and the environment is very welcoming. Highly recommend Regina. Picking up the phone was the hardest thing I ever did. My son has been seeing Regina for a couple years now. She has an impactful approach especially with teens that make them feel heard with a non traditional approach. Her style allows him to fully express himself without fear or judgment but also holds him accountable for his actions. She has made a positive impact not only in his life but mine. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking counseling.
