Regina is great! If you suspect you could use some therapy, I would definitely recommend trying her out for a couple sessions to see if she is a fit for you. She listens, holds me accountable, can decipher my long winded stories and cut to the meat of what's behind them. Our work together has inspired me to get out of my comfort zone - which has opened up new opportunities. And she gives little exercises I can do on my own time if I get spun up about something.
