I had a great experience with Journeys Counseling Center! The office staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from the start. My counselor was one of the best I’ve worked with for my mental health needs—professional, understanding, and truly supportive. I felt heard and respected during my sessions. I plan to continue returning for care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality counseling services.

After trying a couple other places, I found Journeys and it was a game-changer. My therapist Luke listened without judgment and gave me practical tools that actually work in daily life. What stands out is how flexible they are with multiple times, quick responses to scheduling, and a wide range of specialties. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling my son here. The whole point of counseling is to be able to open up and become vulnerable and then get help with de-escalating the emotions, not to be judged and labled. The worst possible experience for his first time and he will not be back.
