I went because I really needed guidance and opinions and all I was given is homework and papers. And a younger than me counselor not to say the age gap matters but the experience of life does then I miss 2 appointments that I called ahead on due to work and they canceled my sessions and still charged me and I get it its on a contract that you sign but they do have a business to run but someone's mental health that's already seeking help and guidance doesn't deserve to be forgotten or dismissed especially when they are reachi... read more

I had a great experience with Journeys Counseling Center! The office staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from the start. My counselor was one of the best I’ve worked with for my mental health needs—professional, understanding, and truly supportive. I felt heard and respected during my sessions. I plan to continue returning for care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality counseling services.
