can't get through to anyone. finally did and they questioned whether post-partum depression is an actual concern. seriously? it's like they want you to be miserable.
Counseling is rough no way around it. You have to feel comfortable with who you're talking to. Shareena has been amazing and is really helping me

Very unprofessional, Everytime you call it’s a 5 year old girl(not really) answering the phone she don’t know anything don’t have any answers or any clue to anything. I’ve been waiting on a call back for a month after I sent in the information they needed. You call and that 5 year old answers the phone and claim the person will call you back then call again and they hang up then call again and the person claims they will call you back.
