I was referred to this therapy office a while back. When they finally contacted me, I had to fill out a form before they would schedule my appointment. Once I submitted it, they did call to book me, but I was surprised that they didn’t send any kind of reminder. RATE: Negative ZERO! This has been one of the most unprofessional and disorganized experiences I’ve had with a business, especially one that deals with mental health services. Their website clearly states they will respond within 48 hours of receiving intake information. I submitted the form for my daughter in mid-May and never heard back. can't get through to anyone. finally did and they questioned whether post-partum depression is an actual concern. seriously? it's like they want you to be miserable.
Counseling is rough no way around it. You have to feel comfortable with who you're talking to. Shareena has been amazing and is really helping me
