Really nice store but the lady who was there was very rude and disrespectful to us saying that we have to buy not just look and she was rushing us i hope she has been fired .
They had on their website the shoes my sister was looking for. My husband, my sister, a friend of hers and I went looking for them before they were delivered.
Excellent sales!! Awesome shoes! Great deals! Are’yanna at the boulevard mall store in Vegas was so bomb! Great cx service, great courtesy and she knew her shoe game! The whole staff was really nice and relatable... even though I’m a 35 year old woman lol. Are’yanna is the one that personally helped me. I’ve never had a shipping exchange go soo smoothly. I think I’ll go back there for. A few more pairs if she gets commissioned.
I do believe that I order a pair of shoes a week from this Journeys. The staff is so friendly.
