Sue is amazing and maintains an array of services from cupping, deep tissue massage, stretching and manual techniques to relive you of chronic pains from neck, back, hips and all functions of your body! As a veteran with all the aches and pains, she and her team are HIGHLY recommended!!
My experience @ Journey within was refreshing, calming and reflective. The staff was personal and genuine. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service and experience. My husband and I both went for an hour massage and an hour float. I asked for deep tissues massage and my husband asked for a softer massage. For the float, I preferred sensory deprivation experience (no light, no sound) while my husband didn’t want to feel closed in. He chose the open float under the stars. It was fantastic that we could have such customized experiences.
