Great place, professional and good pricing
My services are always great but some of the customers not so much. our last visit we had a sauna "Karen" that made it her business to call the police because we were parked in a handicap after hours just so happened that I put the wrong tag in the window for my patient. so now we have to go fight it in court to prove we did nothing illegal. After having not such a great experience I left a detailed review. Management reached out to me right away to address my concerns. In these situations, what I care most about is the company’s acknowledgment, understanding, and willingness to make things right. The manager that contacted me more than met my expectations and for that reason I’m updating my review. Things don’t always go as planned but it’s how things are handled that truly matter and I think this company cares a lot about its customers and community.
I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but after both my friend and I incurred ear infections after a float session, I need to share my experience in hopes it doesn’t happen to others. My friend and I did a “couples” float in one of the open rooms. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk, the place was dark and didn’t even look open.
