Riri was absolutely amazing! I went in for a regular 1 hour relaxating massage, not having big expectations. Therefore, I said nothing about my tension zones or where to focus. And honestly, there was no need for it. She listens to your body, and helps you release tension from the spots you were not even aware of. I am definitely going back.
Easy scheduling and nice vibes. Aleasha was great and made some accurate guesses about my sleeping habits & positions based on my muscles. She did good with checking in about pressure. She didn't necessarily keep up with the medium-heavy pressure we established early on. But I felt like it was more important to lean into the relaxation than to try and micromanage the pressure. I would return, and I would recommend.
I used a Groupon to try out the massage at this facility. I made sure that the owner understood that I needed a full hour of therapeutic deep tissue massage. It was good that I got there early, because they wanted me to fill out an involved form. It was only at the beginning of my hour with the masseur that he began to look up my medical condition, expressing his fear of liability issues. The building was completely empty and dark when we showed up for our couples float. We waited over 15 minutes in the lobby and walked around to see if someone may have been in the back. We had to call two numbers before getting ahold of someone to start our session. The float itself was pretty okay, maybe a bit of a deeper tub would have been better. All of the shampoo and soap bottles in the rinse shower were also empty which wasn’t great. The spa seems fine but maybe just some management hiccups that need solving
I hate to be that person to leave a negative review but I wanted to express my frustration. The same day of my appointment (I’m talking 2 hours before) I receive a call telling me I must reschedule because the masseuse wasn’t there. Okay cool Im understanding so I rescheduled for the next day. I arrive on time but the receptionist tells me the masseuse was stuck in traffic.
