I hate to be that person to leave a negative review but I wanted to express my frustration. The same day of my appointment (I’m talking 2 hours before) I receive a call telling me I must reschedule because the masseuse wasn’t there. Okay cool Im understanding so I rescheduled for the next day. I arrive on time but the receptionist tells me the masseuse was stuck in traffic. The absolute ultimate relaxation experience. Immaculate Epsom salt pods, perfect water temperature calibration, and incredible guided meditation soundscapes.
The absolute best massage!! Barbara was incredible. Her hands were made for this. The facility is clean, the staff was pleasant and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!
I visited this place for a 60 min full body massage for the first time. Overall, the massage was okay. The male therapist that was working on me seemed distracted. Though lite chat at the start is fine they talked for the entire 60 minutes. It felt like clinical therapy without boundaries and I would have preferred a silent session. The massage itself was very good and the staff was all very kind, but the aesthetic in there is really not bringing calming spa/wellness center energy. The floor is this bizarre swirled green epoxy, the walls are dark, and the furniture looked like a bachelor pad. Had me a little worried when I walked in there. But it was a good reminder not to judge a book by its cover.
