The massage itself was very good and the staff was all very kind, but the aesthetic in there is really not bringing calming spa/wellness center energy. The floor is this bizarre swirled green epoxy, the walls are dark, and the furniture looked like a bachelor pad. Had me a little worried when I walked in there. But it was a good reminder not to judge a book by its cover.
My Thai Strerch Massage was great! My Float was not! My room to float was not clean, the open float pool was dirty. I got out when i saw the dirty ring. The color of the water wasn't even what I am use to. I float often and tried this establishment on groupon. Would have definitely came back if the float was not so gross. There was no care given, we didn't get robes, or anything. I again have floated in different spas and this was not good. I really was disgusted. This is unhygienic and I would not return!
Let Me tell You, I haven’t had a massage in over 22 years. Honestly, before I walked in, I had BAD anxiety. But as soon as I walked in the front door, I was greeted by such wonderful and kind people and the place was so elegant. Then I was greeted the very BEAUTIFUL & KIND Jennifer. My masseuse, TC, was great. This low rating doesn’t represent the quality of the massage received. However, the establishment does not feel like a spa. I walked in to see someone asleep on a couch and a kid playing with a dog. The establishment smelled like Subway, like a sub sandwich with banana peppers. No candles. No positive scents. The Alexa didn’t work in my room where I got the massage. I played spa music from my phone. I wish I could’ve just had TC give me a massage at my home. They were super accommodating when I was late due to issues with metro and then Riri gave me the the best massage of my life. 100% recommend.
