We drove down to Ochopee from Orlando on Monday. During setup we discovered that our bedroom slide wasn't working. I put in some effort to try fixing it myself, but realized it wasn't happening after an hour or so of trying. BJ was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed an issue with our awning and ended up having to correct an issue discovered with the factory installation , and he repaired a roof fan that wasnt opening. I highly recommend BJ and Journey On RV Service for your RV needs.
