I had a leak under my shower in my RV and reached out to BJ. He got me on his schedule for the following day. He showed up on-time ( actually early) I had a hard time locating the leak my self in a very tight space. BJ found that the leak was related to the shower drain/ trap area. He removed the toilet, water pump and was able to get in the shower drain area to make the repair. I couldn't be more pleased BJ was a professional, he was through and worked promptly to get me fixed up... I would highly recommend BJ from Journey ... read more

BJ was quick and thorough. He also takes the time to explain what he’s doing as he’s doing it which is great for someone like me who is less than handy but has desire to try to learn some new things. He polished off the to-do list with lighting speed and then He tackled some top to bottom troubleshooting on an issue with a Wakespeed Regulator that he was admittedly unfamiliar with. Hopefully once the company gets back to him on potential fixes we can cross that piece of the puzzle off the list as well. 10/10 would recommend ... read more

We drove down to Ochopee from Orlando on Monday. During setup we discovered that our bedroom slide wasn't working. I put in some effort to try fixing it myself, but realized it wasn't happening after an hour or so of trying. I looked up remote rv maintenance in the area, and was lucky enough to come across BJ with Journey On. He came to our campsite the next day and had the slide fixed within an hour.
