I can honestly say that my experience with JourneyLite has been wonderful. Having bariatric sleeve surgery is a huge decision, and I was nervous going into it, but everyone at JourneyLite made me feel comfortable from day one. Dr. Trace Curry was so kind, thorough, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. Dr. B, the anesthesiologist, was also fantastic. Had a great experience ! I had my surgery May 4th with ZERO complications. The doctor has personally reached out twice now to check on me . Nutrition classes are included and you can text the staff with any questions you have ! Thank you all !!
I had surgery by an outside provider who used JL facilities. JL anethesia knocked my tooth out. when i called to report it, they yelled at me. I had to pay for repair myself. Your staff gave me IV pain meds despite not needing or asking for them. I protested immediately about it. They also gave me percocet later because couldn't find the oxy that was prescribed so chose to sub despite surgeon saying no percocet. I woke up to someone jamming a clipboard in my face trying to get me to pay more despite i was barely alert. surge... read more
