Staff was great! The whole process from pre to post was absolutely amazing! I love that the staff reaches out frequently and checks in to see how you’re doing. Bedside manner was absolutely astonishing !! Would 100% recommend this facility and group of individuals to share an experience with!
I woke up during my lipoma surgery because I could feel the doctor cutting into me. It's one of my biggest fears come true. When I was in recovery and the doctor talked to my wife he made no mention of it. I requested copies of all the paperwork from the procedure and nowhere was it mentioned. I guess they were hoping that I wouldn't remember, but I've thought about it everyday since.
My experience at JourneyLite has been outstanding. The process for self-pay gastric sleeve was quick but thorough. All information provided was upfront and transparent, and all questions I had were answered quickly. Dr. Curry was awesome and it’s obvious his staff love what they do and where they work. My surgery was two days ago and I feel great. I had my gastric sleeve surgery done at Journey Lite and they were wonderful. From my very first consultation they were kind, understanding and more than willing to answer all my questions. The follow up after surgery, all the nutrition classes, nurse check-ins, amazing! They basically stayed by my side for the entire first year. Always available anytime that I called or text. I am thankful every single day that I was able to have this procedure done and thankful to have my life back better than ever!!
Had gastric sleeve at the end of 2019. My highest weight being 350 when I went in. Many years later and I’m still holding steady at 155lbs. My life has gotten so much better because of this surgery and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to go. I can honestly tell you it it’s the most life-changing thing I’ve ever done besides having children.
